3/ Backup Old Device Data
Backup your data and reset the old device to factory settings.
4/ Arrange Device Delivery
After registration, please follow the instructions in the email to deliver the device to an S.F. Express store.
5/ Confirm Trade-in Device value
The final trade-in price will be assessed based on the actual device inspection. If the final price differs from the original quote, we will contact you to confirm the final trade-in price.
6/ Payment Method
After confirmation, you will receive the trade-in amount in your Hong Kong bank account via bank transfer or FPS within 3 working days.
