How It Works?
1/ Get a Valuation
Download Senco App or visit our website to get a trade-in estimate instantly.
2/ Schedule a Pickup / Visit our Drop-off Locations
Request for a pickup and we will contact you via WhatsApp for pickup arrangement. Or you can go to our drop-off location(s) and put your used device(s) in MRR recycling box.
3/ Back up Your Data
Back up your data and reset your old device to factory setting.
4/ Pickup / Dropoff Your Old Device
We will come to your pickup location to collect your device for free, or you can bring it to a designated drop-off location for recycling.
5/ Confirm Trade-in Price
The final trade-in prices are subject to physical devices assessment. If this trade-in price is different from what you see in the Senco App / Web, we will contact you via Whatsapp to confirm the final trade-in value. If you are not happy with the price quoted, you can request that we return the Device to you, and you need to bear any extra costs at HK$50 dollars.
6/ Trade-in Payment
Used device(s) trade-in value will be paid by FPS / bank transfer / Senco e-voucher within 3 workings days.
